Ben and the office helped out in all areas brilliantly. We asked for a really packed programme and for unusual venues too; everything was sorted very efficiently. Lena in Moscow was exceptional - she impressed all students with her knowledge, command of English and conduct. I can't praise her highly enough. Maria is a brilliant guide and such a warm, welcoming person. The birthday cake and present for Judy was a lovely touch. This visit confirmed just why we changed from NST to you - more thorough, much more helpful, more personal in your approach.
